I’m Maggie, a person, musician, yoga practicioner and teacher (among other things!) I’d like to meet up and chat with other folks who have a love for life, people and the process of inner growth and expansion - sounds like most of the Zaadsters, eh?

Music and the vibration of sound are my favorite tools for keeping my heart open and cells tingling. Though I’ve explored the full rock band thing and had fun with it, acoustic guitar and singing my yogi songs feels more right to me and seems to reach the audience in a deep way. I love to talk with people about their individual life journeys and seem to have a knack for it, coz people open up to me in amazing and beautiful ways. I’m a novice yoga teacher and I’m enjoying the bumpy ride of getting all the words in the right order so people know what foot/hand to put where while they’re mirroring me. I’m sure some of you have been there…and I’m sure it’ll smooth out over time. I enjoy leading guided meditation and Yoga Nidra and am currently working on a few guided meditation CD’s.

Helping people create ease in their lives is my favorite thing to do besides spending time having long conversations with ‘my’ partner Jason (I don’t really own him) and our 4-legged friend, Myrtle. Yes, I have converstaions with Myrtle…once you see her in my pix, could you really blame me? What a cutie pie!
