Creating sound and expressing emotion are my favorite things to do. That kinda bugs people who don't want to be bothered with all that expression crap.   :)

Making music, especially with other people, gives me a rare opportunity to be completely me, which is to say, I get to be all over the place and it's ok. There is also something wonderfully sensual (not sexual, sensual) about the sonic bath that can melt all my worries away. I do not make music often enough and have been asking the universe for some other willing fingers to make notes with. We'll see how that goes.

Some of my old songs are online - I cringe at the fact that I don't have new music up. The songs are my very first 'real' studio stuff, so there is something sentimental about leaving them up even though there is no big Act II (yet). Recording was a ton of fun, but it taught me that I better get some friends with skills if I want to record again coz I don't belong in the music industry!  

I used to teach yoga…I practice a bit still. Just getting back into ballet. When I was a kid I danced like it was my life - I went down a pretty different road for awhile, so it's nice to be finding that connection to movement again outside my yoga life. I do dig movement and music and expression…mmmmmmm…..
